I've got the engine and all the related parts painted now and have started on the body work. I decided not to strip the paint off the outside because the customer is getting very concerned about the time it's been taking to do the job. Unfortunately, the time has to be spent on a job to do a good job and there aren't a lot of corners you can cut but since the paint seems to be stuck good on the car, and there wasn't much showing through it as far as cracks and bubbles, I decided to block it and fill over what's there. Unfortunately again, I can't guarantee the paint job since I'm not stripping it.
